THE PERSON BEHIND THE BOOKSAndrei AntalBookkeeper · Tyler, Texas

HI, I'M ANDREI.

Careful with your books.
Considerate of your time.

My background spans bookkeeping, payroll, and corporate accounting. I've also run a service business myself, so I understand how easily the books can end up at the bottom of a busy owner's list.

Two Fish is built around a straightforward promise: thoughtful work, clear communication, and a dependable process. You'll work directly with me, with email as our home base.

The name is inspired by five loaves and two fish—a quiet reminder to faithfully care for what has been entrusted to us.

A FEW THINGS YOU MAY BE WONDERING

Good questions.
Clear answers.

A little clarity before we begin.

Who is this service a good fit for?

Small service businesses with straightforward books, especially home-service owners. A typical fit is one bank account, one credit card, roughly 100–200 transactions per month, and QuickBooks Online. Tell me about your setup and we'll determine the right scope.

Do we need to meet in person or schedule calls?

The process is fully remote and designed around email. We can review your needs, exchange documents securely, and handle monthly questions in writing. You can get started right here without booking a call.

How much does monthly bookkeeping cost?

You'll receive a fixed monthly quote after a brief review of your accounts, transaction volume, and current books. The scope and fee are agreed before work begins. Catch-up or cleanup work is quoted separately.

What if I'm behind on my books?

Include that in your inquiry. I'll review the number of months and the condition of your books, then outline a separately priced cleanup project before starting recurring monthly service.

What access will you need?

An accountant invitation to your QuickBooks Online file, bank and credit-card statements, and view-only bank access where available. Please never send bank passwords or account numbers through this website.

Are payroll, tax returns, and bill payment included?

Monthly service covers transaction categorization, reconciliation, and financial statements. Payroll processing, tax preparation, bill payment, and customer collections are outside this offer. Mention any extra needs in your inquiry so we can assess fit.

When will I receive my monthly reports?

We establish a close schedule around your statement dates and when your documents and answers are available. You'll receive a consolidated clarification email when needed, followed by your monthly report email when the close is complete.
